tinyhomeandgrown
Having a problem getting all of my pages to show up on the title navigation bar. Idk if the webpage name is blocking it or what. I've tried moving the orders around, creating dummy pages as filler. Hopefully an easy fix, any help is appreciated. Thank you! Link to comment
creedon
Please post the URL for a page on your site where we can see your issue. A link to the backend of the your site won’t work for us, i.e. a url that contains /config/. Please set up a site-wide password, if your site is not public and you've not already done so. CassAggett
@tinyhomeandgrown looks like you've got code in there to create the navigation style with the logo in the middle and the links either side, as this isn't available natively in v7.1 This in particular is what's hiding the third link, as part of more code that I've not looked for (I have used this on a site in the past) #mainNavigation > div:nth-child(3) > a { display: none; } Try creating adding a link to your Main Navigation and positioning it as the third navigation item like this: Calling the link 'do not remove' is just a reminder that it needs to stay there as part of the code so it doesn't hide your actual nav links tinyhomeandgrown 1 Instruction: How to set a site-wide password If this helped you, please like or mark my solution as answer so others can scroll to it quickly 👆 Cass Aggett is a Squarespace website designer for go-getting women – no matter what stage of business. tinyhomeandgrown
That's the workaround I was trying, however, the place holder page will show up in the hamburger menu when on mobile. Link to comment
tinyhomeandgrown
OK 12 hours ago, CassAggett said: #mainNavigation > div:nth-child(3) > a { display: none; } Ok, I see this now. I can toggle this off when inspecting. How can I delete or disable this from my side? Link to comment
Solution tinyhomeandgrown Posted September 10, 2023 Author Solution Share Posted September 10, 2023 Solution. For whatever reason that line was added in the Custom CSS section. Deleted and we're good to go, thank you! 12 hours ago, CassAggett said: #mainNavigation > div:nth-child(3) > a { display: none; } Ok, I see this now. I can toggle this off when inspecting. CassAggett
@tinyhomeandgrown you would need additional code to hide placeholder page link from the mobile menu. Looks like there's additional code on your site somewhere based on these comments in the screenshot below. Did you still need help or is it all fixed now?
