How do I edit / add to the i Information button for an image

With new editor, the only way is add a Text Block under Image Block to do this

Or when you add a section > Choose Classic Editor > Then when you add Image Block, it will have an option to add Title/Subtitle and choose layout (Inline, Poster...to adjust position of sub/title)
