Unable to update quantity at checkout

However, they cannot choose a different variant option once they have added a product to the cart. To change the variant they must return to the product page (clicking the product title is the quickest method), add a different variant to their checkout and then remove the unwanted item.

But if I want to change quantity here the unable popup menu open..is there any way to fix that

This is probably happening because you have a number of tabs open for the same site. Close the other tabs before attempting to checkout - even in test mode.
