Website Margins

Recommended Posts

Hi! I would love some assistance on why the spacing on my site seems to vary so much from the Preview to pretty much any other platform. I'm mainly looking at the site margins (and I already tried adjusting in style settings - it didn't help) and the size of all the content (it seems to get much bigger outside of Preview).

Any assistance would be helpful!

Really pretty pictures!

I think part of the problem is the code that's pushing the image above the site title/logo. The reason you're getting different margins with the logo and the "Seamless design" section is because it's the site title and not an image within the section that has the "Seamless design" text and image in it. Changing the header from Full to Inset should help this though.

The other issue it's causing is when you click the hamburger it opens up the menu, but the top image is covering up the menu...and there's no way to scroll the page to see more of the menu.

Here's a video showing how it looks on my screen and a suggestion on how to fix it - https://app.screencast.com/vujq4aAoWdqYV

Let me know if you have questions, ok? 🙂
