Multiple accounts from the same email domain

Is there a way to setup any user from a specific email domain to be able to create an account and access services that that particular business has purchased? For instance, course content. If a business bought a set of online training courses that they wanted all their employees to have access to, and each employee needed to have a unique login to track there progress, is there a way to set this up so that when the business buys the subscription, any individual with an email address for that business could create an account without having to go through the purchase process? Hope that makes sense.
