bakground hover padding

Hi, 

I am trying to add a bit of padding to the background item navigation when you hover and I don't know how. I want all the backgrounds on hover to look like "project".  I would basically like "information" to look exactly like projects background when I  hover.

I see you figured it out or you still need to add some padding around text?

Yes! I had to change things quite a lot and I am only needing to change the hover effect on the mobile version where the logo is so when you hover you can see the red background like the other pages. This is only on mobile that I am having this problem.
