Looking to increase character field in custom form

My website is for a floral business, and we have a large form for our wedding inquiries. We have one section asking for additional details, and in recent cases our clients are being cut off and forced to send a second form or reach out separately in addition. I want to be able to INCREASE the size of the text field. is this possible? I'm seeing a lot of forums for putting a limit. I will note I'm not super savvy with code hence why I'm struggling to find my solution.
