Unique header social media links per page

I am creating a website for a hospitality venue that will have multiple outlets in the one building. 

Each different outlet will have its own page on this website, as well as its own social media page.

The forum has already helped me to make the logo in the header different on each different page.

I was wondering if there was a way to change the social media link in the header to be different on each different page as well.

For example, if I am looking at Outlet A's page, I will see their logo and can click on the social media link to take me to their social media, then when I click to Outlet B's page, the logo changes and so does the social media link.

@JacksonDanaher Custom scripting can achieve this (please note, custom scripting is available only on Squarespace Business plans). Custom script will need to be adjusted individually for each page.
