Khechog Posted September 2, 2023 Share Posted September 2, 2023 (edited) Is it possible to remove the word 'pending' from our customer order confirmation emails? - we sell classes & courses rather than products that are shipped so our customers turn up on the day after making their bookings through our website. Khechog Posted September 2, 2023 Author Share Posted September 2, 2023 Thanks but I'm not sure this would be a solution because the order confirmation email with 'pending' will have been received by the customer... it's sent out automatically as soon as the order is made. We need 'pending' to be removed from all the order confirmation emails - so only one confirmation email is received Is there anything we can do to remove 'pending?'
