How can i put a set height on a bar chart that does not change on mobile and isn't affected by the figure of the data

i have multiple bar charts showing data from 5 up to 10 and the point of them is to compare each other but when looked at on mobile the maximum values change to either 8 or 12 which is not ideal as some display 8 some display 12.
