Hey! So here are a few things that stick out to me -

- You can remove "Home" from the top navigation because your logo in the middle works as the 'home' link.
- I would add a Call to Action button at the top (You can just change the Store link to a button - be sure it's a color that stands out!)
- "Craft Workshop" is misspelled in the "Our Services" section of the home page! I might widen that accordion block too just so that it's not quite so narrow.
- Love this picture in the "more about.." section! I might adjust the opacity of the white block behind the text just a tad so that the text is easier to read over the image. Also I wouldn't capitalize "Felting" since nothing else is.
- Hyperlink your email in the footer so that people can click on it to get in touch with you
- Remove the "Made with Squarespace" line!
- Add a favicon.
- LOVE the image of the felted dog!!
- Be careful on naming the URL's... this is too long - https://www.thatcraftylady.com.au/store/p/felting-workshop-gawler-gallery-october-1st-1-4pm. It needs to be shorter in order for Google to pick it up - so just https://www.thatcraftylady.com.au/store/p/felting-workshop will do 🙂
- The felting workshop could be expanded nicely to include some additional information that would yield a higher convert rate: schedule, any testimonies if you've had one before, what they'll get from the workshop, a 'this is for you if....' section, how they'll feel after the workshop, etc.
- Some testimonials will go a long way on the Services page! Also on the 4 blocks (craft, arty party, private lessons, etc), I would either add some images to those or maybe some blocks behind it - just something to break it up a little bit visually so that it isn't quite so much text in one place.
- I feel like there's a few things missing on the About page - like, who you are! Even just adding your name would give a personal touch 🙂 A picture would be great too.
- I would give the footer a different color because right now (like on the Contact page) every section is blue, so it would help to add a bit of contrast visually.
- Also, on the contact page, I would change the wording on the last sentence about being unable to take their call... since that gives a negative connotation, I might say instead, "Please note that we will return your call in less than 24 business hours." (or whatever your time frame is)

You obviously do really nice work, I would just focus on adjusting the text to convey what the customer's problem is (and how you solve it) as well as using images of your work and testimonials to transform your site into one that converts.

I'm happy to talk in more detail about any of these points or answer any questions you have 🙂
