Transferring a Squarespace Domain

Hey everyone!

My client just transferred their domain to my square space account so that I can 1.) maintain the site and 2.) purchase their annual plan with my discount .. We are now transferring a domain she purchased to my account .. any idea how long this will take?

Should I have onboarded her some other way? I've recently started providing web design services and I love it here.

Please Help!
