Second line of text in titles on gallery page

Does anyone know how to add a second line of text beneath each title on my home navigation / gallery page?  I was told by Squarespace that this text is the Portfolio Title.  I believe the Style I am using for this Title is Heading.  It would also be great if I could customize the font size / style for the second line.  Thank you! AKSquarespace_2.thumb.jpg.653dc3e589b9158e40f16dcc72478fb3.jpg

Hi Sam,

Thank you for your quick reply.  The template I'm using is Nevins.  My URL for this page appears to be www.abbykatcher.com/work.  Please let me know if you need any further info.  I appreciate your help!

Hi Sam.  Thank you so much!  Your solution worked perfectly!  Do you know how to change the font style in the second line of text?  I would like for it to be a lighter weight, like the font I am using in the upper right corner of the attached screenshot . . . this font is Poppins and it is what I am using in Paragraphs.AKSquarespace3-1.thumb.jpg.14acd8c8808365160bffacc1feee846d.jpg

Use this code to Website > Website Tools > Custom CSS

h3.portfolio-title:after {
    font-family: var(--site-navigation-font-font-family) !important;
    font-style: var(--site-navigation-font-font-style) !important;
    font-weight: var(--site-navigation-font-font-weight) !important;
}
