Anyone know a code to make index description disappear at bottom of scroll?

Hi, I'm currently using Corey Henson.  the index description is currently clicked on for "hide on hover".  However when you go to a gallery and scroll down to bottom of page, the description shows back up over the section image. Unless you hover to a new section. Anyone know a code that might remove it when you scroll to bottom of page as well?

remove whole this (both image + title)?

Hello! Just to remove the text, and keep image. When you click into the category and scroll down to bottom of the page. That's when the text shows up again and would like to remove for that part.
