Inventory Number does not decrease after new orders

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I have been using the e-commerce Squarespace. However after any new orders, the inventory number for the products do not decrease. I haven't been able to find any way to rectify this. Does anyone know why this happens and if there is any solutions for it?

Thank you.

What’s the site URL please? Are the customers checking out using your Squarespace checkout page and paying online?

The stock level is recognised as 15 (as shown in your screenshot) as it tells me I cannot purchase more.

The stock level should reduce as items are purchased but it is impossible for forum users to test this without purchasing something from your store! If you do experience issues with the platform, you are encouraged to inform Squarespace directly by raising a ticket through Squarespace Customer Care. Squarespace doesn’t use this forum to track bug reports.
