Change video on hover!

Hello team
As many have tried, I want to put a video carousel with text hover. That is, if I hover over a specific text it plays on specific video. Through portfolio page I achieve the effect, but it only lets me add images. Has anyone found an alternative without code to have videos in hover? if not, how would be the code? 

 

You mean hover on each item on portfolio list page > Change image to video? Not sure this is possible or not. But you can consider using gif images, we can give the code if you share link to portfolio page.
