Potential issue with 'Services' page

I think there is a problem with my page www.driftwoodarborist.com.au/services
 

Google first indexed the page on 29/06/23 and despite multiple index requests, it won't do it again. I have internal links on my home page www.driftwoodarborist.com.au that lead to my services page and Google is telling me 'page with redirect' is present on my home page. Do these two issues indicate there is an issue that's preventing google from seeing my 'services' page?

I have tested live URL and it seems to be fine... this is the extent of my abilities. Any help would be appreciated.
