Moving Domain

I originally bought my domain through Squarespace and used on my site there for a number of years. Earlier this year I moved it to Kajabi and now want to move it back to Squarespace (but another site) - and there I'm stuck!  When go onto domains in my new Squarespace site it says my domain is registered on another Squarespace site (my original one) but do I need to remove it from Kajabi first?

Will it automatically revert to Squarespace if I remove it from kajabi?

I know I had to use cloudflare to connect to Kajabi - do i need to do anything there?

What DNS records do I need to change?
