Why isn't my Home page being indexed by Google?

Can anyone help?

I can't figure out why my Home page isn't being indexed by Google, whilst other pages are? I believe this is the reason why my favicon is not displaying in Google search results, so I am eager to resolve the issue.

Any help would be appreciated.
