Controling Mobile View of Page with Image/Content Block

Our site was custom designed.  One of our pages is overlapping text to the images when you look at it on mobile.  See: https://maxcourage.org/curricula

We are wondering how we can control this so that it doesn't happen.  We don't want the text to overlap.

Can you go back to the designer and ask them to fix this issue?

That section has been coded to achieve the effect, and would be easiest for them to adjust.
