Make newsletter signup centered and change button color fluid engine

Hi! url is https://www.leanneshearwill.com/newsletter-signup, how can I add a bit of padding above subscribe and remove some of the padding under the email & signup button as I want it to look centered? I also want the border to be back and signup as well, I have tried to code but cannot figure it out thanks!
