Deafult setting for links to open in new window

Is there a default setting so that links always open up in a new window? At the moment, I am toggling it on for every link which can be up to 10 per blog post and it's very time consuming.

Also, when I try to add an internal link for a blog post, using the pages tab, none of my 50+ blog posts are there. It only seems to show may main pages eg my blog page not individual posts.
