Trying to add a second main menu above my current main navigation menu in the header, is there any way to do this with code?

Hi guys, 

I am trying to replicate this menu effect(Image attached) on my website, and I am not having any luck finding any working code injections online. 

Would anyone know how to do this with code?

Hi Ziggy thanks for replying, 

I found that guide previously and I followed it but the closest I got was to make the menu to appear like this(image attached), with the white menu bar above the main nav menu. 

Is there a way to lower this menu down(and make it transparent I guess) so that the nav links are above the current main menu with the free version of this code? Would this be included in the premium version do you know? Or alternatively is there another solution that may work?

Thank you! The bar is now transparent but it is still up quite high, is there any way I am able to lower it down further?
 

A large part of the reason there is a big gap is the height of the logo, this Custom CSS may help:
