Spark Plugin Not Showing on Live Site

Hi Guys, 

I recently paid for the Personal version of the Spark Plugin, and the effects are showing in my site editor but not on my live site. Any help would be appreciated.

Fair enough! Can you share your website URL? What effects aren't showing?

Are you on Squarespace 7.1 with a Business plan? Did you change your Squarespace plan to personal as well as the Spark plan?

My Squarespace plan is a business plan. 

The effect I wanted to try was to have the newsletter on the home page to shake as an attention seeker.

We had an issue with our servers last night which caused Spark Plugin to not display correctly for some time. Really want to avoid this from happening. Please know that we rely on Spark Plugin for our main site as well, so we understand the importance of its smooth operation.

Anyone Experiencing the same issue still?

Went live with a site yesterday but the Spark Plugin customisations are not showing on the published site (still showing editor though).
