Stuart_JC Posted September 5, 2023 Author Share Posted September 5, 2023 Hi, yes the support team found a workaround - we were using special characters in the name of the appointment group - e.g., 1:1, and so we took out the special characters and it now works - e.g., 1 on 1. I believe it is something to do with an update to Acuity Scheduling that has been implemented. sunnyday0000 1 Link to comment
