Direct links (categories) not working

Hi, yesterday our direct links for appointment categories stopped working, and we get this message:

Online scheduling is not currently available

Please contact the business directly.

 

I've reached out by submitting a help request but had no reply. Does anyone have any tips to fix this?

Hi, yes the support team found a workaround - we were using special characters in the name of the appointment group - e.g., 1:1, and so we took out the special characters and it now works - e.g., 1 on 1. I believe it is something to do with an update to Acuity Scheduling that has been implemented.
