HELP! My home page content keeps disappear randomly.

Hello, I'm reaching out to the community because I'm facing a perplexing issue with my Squarespace website, specifically on my home page. I've been using the Clay template for quite some time now without any major issues, but since yesterday, I've encountered a strange problem twice. Im on 7.0 version.

Here's what's happening: I've been diligently using the panel to edit and update various elements on my home page and other pages inside my website throughout the day without any problems. I even tested my mobile version and it worked just fine. However, out of nowhere, I've experienced instances where all the content on my home page simply disappears. It's frustrating and puzzling because I'm not sure what could be causing this.

Has anyone else using the Clay template experienced a similar issue? If so, were you able to find a solution? I've checked my version history to see if there were any accidental changes or pages deleted, but there's no indication of any edits that could have caused this. I'm a bit stumped and worried about the consistency of my website.

If you have any insights, suggestions, or solutions to share, I would greatly appreciate it. I've put a lot of effort into creating and maintaining my site, and this issue is causing a significant disruption.

PD: Is there anyway to get in touch with Squarespace support about issues like this? I've been looking for an email for tecnical issues or phone number with no luck.

SS could be having some backend issues. For those it's time to take a break and see if the issue clears after a bit.

It could also be your browser has gotten cranky. Have you quit your browser and restarted? How about the same with your computer and internet hub/router?

I truly appreciate your insights. Interestingly, the first time I encountered this issue was the day prior. On that occasion, I re-created the content on my page that had disappeared and finished my work. I then shut down my computer and browser for the night (edge), which resets my cookies and all that stuff. When I resumed working the next day, everything seemed fine, and the content I had re-created was still there.

However, out of the blue, the problem recurred when I clicked on the "home" button randomly to go to my home page (as done a couple of times before with no problems) to find out the content was gone. It's puzzling why this issue has come up again after having a seemingly successful session the previous day.

There is more direct assistance available from that link but as in many modern support situations they try to divert you to support articles so as not to take up the time of expensive live humans. You just have to navigate through the maze to get to the cheese so to speak.
