Creating unique copy for subcategories within the store

does anyone have experience with/knowledge of how to have unique copy for each drop-down category page? i'm trying to add some more written content to this site for SEO, however, it appears that because the subcats are housed under one "store" that the copy for each on of the cats is universal. any recs would be much appreciated!

You can add categories with custom code but weather that will benefit SEO I can not say. It depends on if the search engine crawler runs the JavaScript on your site. Apparently some do, some don't
