Can't click in form on mobile on URL that includes anchor link

When user goes to https://www.stacyhavener.com/personal-branding#founders on mobile

they can't click inside the form fields 

(Can click in form fields once page is refreshed and problem doesn't present on desktop browsers)

If I remove the anchor: https://www.stacyhavener.com/personal-branding

User can click in form fields.

Can anyone help me with why the anchor in the URL is affecting form usability?
