Make gallery single column or switch the order of the images on mobile only

@tuanphan so I looked through the forum and saw you helped others make their galleries single column. I tried to copy the code from those but it didn't work. I really want to do that here also OR change the order of image 3 and 4 so it looks like this instead. Let me know which is easier to accomplish!
