Injected Code still affecting site

I added some code to the header for the events page, then deleted that code. It was meant to put a button on each event, then I decided I did not need a button on each event, so I deleted the code and the buttons are still there. I have checked and cleared the header and footer code injection options for every page. In each page setting and in dev tools. Somehow the code seems to have embedded itself into the whole website, if I create a new events page it has the buttons. Please help.
