BioSites Not Working?

All, 

For the past few days my bio site link has been alternating between working & being completely down. I also cannot get into the editor to edit the bio link. It just says the site is unable to load & to refresh and try again.

I am not sure whats wrong. Has anyone had this issue or know how to solve it?

I too am having trouble. Looks fine in edit mode, but try to access and it only shows part of the bio. 

We too. Have tried everything. Really annoyed as it’s the main link on my social media & website

Don’t know how long it’s been down as only popped in to update.

I think it's a DNS issue for Squarespace to look into. I couldn't get to any bio.site urls but then enabled a VPN on my machine (thereby connecting from a different part of the world) and then they all stared working fine. 

Bio Sites isn't working, either for the editor or for the public view.

Been down since yesterday and judging from this post, it might not come up again any time soon.

I've actually got Bio Sites pro and I can 't even contact anybody! Who do I contact about this?

Response from Squarespace helpdesk ticket as of the 25th Jan

'I can confirm this is related to an issue with Bio Sites intermittently not loading on various networks. Our Engineering team is aware of this issue, and they’re currently working towards a fix.
 
We have been instructed by the Internet Service Providers and Cellular network providers to ask their customers to reach out to them directly. The issue is on the ISP end and we are not able to affect it on our end.
 
We’re unable to guarantee a follow-up or offer an ETA for resolution, but I can assure you that we’re working to have this resolved as soon as possible!'

Same issue here. I ended up moving all my bio pages to mylinx.cc, which has been more reliable for me.
