Stripe is sending orders to the wrong email address

Hello,

I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure this out.  I have a domain specific email address for my website that has a shop page.  I'm using Stripe for the payment processing.  When I do a test purchase, the purchase order gets sent to the email address that is used for my squarespace account and not the domain email.  I can't figure out how to change it.  Is this an issue with Stripe or Google Workspace?  Any thoughts?
