A unique customized menu on Mobile and Desktop instead of Regular ones

I need a custom menus instead of normal squarespace menu just like in the attached images.
I have created two footer sections with desired menu layout. can someone help me to do this?

Actually I need to change my Desktop and Mobile menus exactly same like in images I attached.
Earlier I have posted this issue in a separate forum and tuanphan asked me to create two footer sections and let him know after creating those sections. but im unable to access that post anymore. Thats why I posted this one.
