Organise Summary Block

Hi, I'm trying to organise a summary block of blog posts alphabetically rather than by date. I've managed to do it on the actual blog page but not on the summary block.

Also is there a way to increase the limit of posts to show all posts in that category? I am happy using code, I don't want to pay for a plugin.

This is certainly possible and easy to implement but only with a paid plugin, I've not seen anyone giving this code away for free, sorry about that.
