Linked PDF from newsletter block not loading

Hi there,

I have a newsletter block set up here:

(this ordinarily appears as a pop-up - enabled by lightbox code injection - and accessed from a currently unpublished blog post).

Post submit - the user should be redirected to the following PDF:

https://static1.squarespace.com/static/62abacf04adeb83b3c936150/t/64cc3a9809f6015ca3ee684e/1691105946617/MOZAIC+PMO+PLAYBOOK+WEBSITE+DOWNLOAD.pdf

however the PDF is not loading and I am not getting any error message.

I have tried disabling lightbox injection code, disabling storage in Squarespace ... nothing is working.

Any ideas/help as to what the issue is would be appreciated.
