Payment plan / Subscription not working for a service product

Hi! I'm trying to add a service product with a payment plan option. However, I can't find a way actually to save my preferences.

Are there any reasons it won't work that I'm unaware of?

That's odd, try clearing your browser cache and trying again, if that doesn't help them this is probably a job for Squarespace Support:

Thanks, Paul, I didn't realize I need the Advanced plan.

Btw. Do you know if Squarespace has any plans on making the subscription model less fragmented? I mean, it's all starting to add up when we need all the different subscription plans...
