 You can add this to Design > Custom CSS or Website > Website Tools > Custom CSS 

/* reduce boxes */
div.product-quantity-input input, .variant-select-wrapper, div.sqs-add-to-cart-button {
    padding-top: 10px !important;
    padding-bottom: 10px !important;
}
