Can you use Jotform to allow viewers to upload files via Squarespace website?

I need to be able to create a way for viewers of my website to upload a pdf file and an image file after filling out our membership renewal form. I know that Squarespace doesn't have a way to do this, so I was looking into Jotform since they offer a discount for nonfprofits. Is this possible with Jotform and Squarespace?

Yes, you should be able to create a membership renewal form in Jotform and then embed it into a page section on your Squarespace site. The form can be configured to allow multiple files to be uploaded.

You can read about multiple files in this announcement from January 2023, where Jotform explain how users can upload multiple files to your forms.
