Uploading images to Squarespace form

Hi! I am looking for a file upload solution for a my squarespace site/form. My current solution only allows files to be added one at a time, and they all get dumped into one large google folder. I'm hoping to find something that would allow users to upload multiple files, and have them go into separate files. Anything like this exist?

Have you looked at third party form services, like JotForm, that you can embed on a Squarespace page?
