Remove space between sections?

I am trying to get the section with the Instagram block and the footer section to stick together but i can not figure out how to do that? I dont want the white blank space between them. Any ideas?

Two things to do, first set the block vertical alignment to the bottom, second edit the page on a small screen (i.e. make your browser smaller) and then make the instagram block as small as possible and shorten the section then save. That should have the impact you're looking for.

You can also adding this code to Design > Custom CSS or Website > Website Tools > Custom CSS
