Squarespace website scroll issue on Mobile

I'm having an issue with scrolling on my Squarespace website in Mobile in both Safari and Google Chrome.

When you land on the home page from anywhere and scroll then release, instead of the page continuing the scroll it automatically sends you back up to the top of the page.

I think the theme is Bergen. Does anyone else have this issue with their Squarespace site or this particular theme? If so, have you found a solution?
