Hi all.

I've been freelance content writing for a while in one particular niche for one client. I decided to branch out to other clients and other niches, so created a website. The website explains my services, plus displays creative writing that I've had published.

However, since creating the website, which I use as my calling card, I've had no other work from anyone.

I'd really appreciate feedback on the website as a whole. i.e. Design, navigation, clarity, alignment, etc.

This was my first time of creating a website and I'm not at all tech-savvie.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Jimmy, your website looks good, though I would work towards making the landing page quicker for people to understand what you can do for them. At the moment the first thing I learn is that you write fiction and poetry, but looking deeper that doesn't cover much of your commercial work. I would make it as easy as possible for someone to take the next step from the homepage, linking to about you, as well as pricing and certainly a contact method would be very beneficial.

Your portfolio page ends up looking quite sparse, are there any other examples you could put alongside "Best For My Feet" to fill out the space?

Can you simplify the Pricing page? At the moment it's a lot to take in in big chunks of text, can you break it up into smaller more readable headings to help your eye travel down the page?

How much traffic do you get per month?

Please like and upvote if my comments were helpful to you. Cheers!

Hello Ziggy.

Thanks, that's really helpful. To answer your questions, Bestformyfeet has been my only client so far, which is why I developed the website to try to broaden the portfolio. And, I usually get around to visitors a month. This will hopefully be increase when I have the time to market myself more, once my novel is finished.

Yeah, you've confirmed my concerns about the pricing page. Someone else has commented on this as well.

I'll definitely put your advice into action. Thanks again.
