Custom CSS showing on top of page

I added a bit of custom CSS on my home page to allow an image to hover in between 2 sections. That CSS is showing at the top of my page above the header. Any idea why, and how I can make it disappear? The website in question is www.nbparadeofhomes.com.

Because you added code to Code Injection. If you haven't wrapped CSS code in style tag, it will appear in top of page or top of site. You can move your code to Design > Custom CSS (or Website > Website Tools > Custom CSS)

That 'sounds' right, but I don't have anything in code injection; screenshot attached. All of those Code Injection blocks are empty all the way down the page. And I don't remember adding it there...only in custom CSS like I always do. Hence my confusion. Any other ideas?
