Remove scroll to next item once in a portfolio

Hi there! 

Looking to remove the scroll titles at the bottom of portfolio pages (as don't want them and they don't show up well on mobile). Is there a way to remove these bottom scroll clicks from my portfolio pages?

Add the following to Portfolio Settings > Advanced > Page Header Code Injection for the portfolio page. Please see per-page code injection.
