Invoice editing

Hi all, 

Is it possible to edit the invoice printout on an order? Perhaps minor but when I print out an order and insert the printout into an order box, the sheet says it's an Invoice when it technically isn't as the customer as already paid. It's a receipt - is there any way to change this?

Alternatively, if anyone does anything different when they pack an order, I would love to know.
