holahannah
Hello, Does anyone know if it's possible to enable a horizontal scroll on a summary block? I have a summary block on my website to show recent projects, and it scrolls when I drag and move the summary block. But I want to be able to scroll horizontally using the Mac trackpad. Does anyone know how I can do this? Here's my site: https://plantain-prism-6wca.squarespace.com/ password: bonemade Attached is a screenshot of the recent projects section where I'm trying to enable this functionality. Thanks! holahannah
I ended up using the overflow carousel plugin that @tuanphan mentioned above, which worked a treat! I'm trying to do something similar with another site, however on this particular summary block, I want to have custom navigation arrows, and hide the carousel overflow. Here's my site: https://mcshane.squarespace.com/ password: bandit I've set up two carousels for the projects: First carousel has the custom arrow navigation I want to use, however doesn't have the swiping/trackpad scrolling that I want. Second carousel has the correct swiping/trackpad scrolling - however I'm not sure how to get the custom arrows to appear, and so they overflow the carousel (as the first carousel example does). I am using the code from this plugin: https://www.will-myers.com/products/p/overflow-carousel-items So guess my question is - how can i update the 2nd carousel to have the custom arrow icons? Any guidance would be great. Thank you! Link to comment
shanicj
@holahannah I love this feature! Do you know how to make it horizontal scroll? The Will Myers plugin doesn't seem to do that on the trackpad when scrolling up and down. Thanks so much! Link to comment
