Logo will not update

My logo will not update to a new logo. As many times as I re-upload a logo it keeps switching back to my old one which is no longer relevant to my brand. How can I fix this? It does this for desktop and mobile as well as my URL logo (basically anywhere you can insert a logo It keeps adding my old one). I have looked into the coding and there is nothing in there with my old logo and because I have a new template, my old coding would have been cleared out and I cannot edit any coding now without the fear of breaking my template. I saw on another forum other people have had this issue with no solution.

Does squarespace have tech help other than forums as well? I would like to get this solved asap because my clients can't currently inquire with my since my website is "under construction"!

There are errors being reported by your site from the code built into the third party template you are using (it isn't a Squarespace-supplied template).

I recommend that you get in touch with the template author first to resolve these errors as they may be causing other problems.
