How do I change the area between pre-footer and footer

I am trying to change the address and phone number at the bottom of each page and can't edit that particular area. I can edit the pre-footer, which is the area immediately above and the footer, which is immediately below, but can't access the address and phone number between.

I'm guessing this changed again, as I can't find 'business information' under site settings. 

It's now under settings/ Selling/ Business information
