Black Space created between section and footer

I was working on my website and edited the footer to be skinnier and take up less space. Upon doing so, most if not all my pages now have this black bar between the bottom section and the footer. I can't figure out how to eliminate it and it's driving me nuts.

What's the page?

From the screenshot, it looks like you have one section that is set to small and therefore there is space between the only section on the page and the footer. Fix is to make the section minimum height Large or a custom height that is 100% minus the footer minimum height.
