Can anyone advise how to create a form in Squarespace that can be used at point of purchase? i.e. for collecting data from buyers.

Trying to connect Flodesk to Squarespace and using zapier.

I've learnt so far that Squarespace only allows form use when actioned zaps, but the advise is to create a new form and collect the data within google sheets and then zap that. I'm just trying to connect buyers to my email list under a automation flow of purchasing an item.

Any help would be HUGELY appreciated
